Ben Jones is National Organiser, Recording and Broadcasting, at the Musicians’ Union. He is responsible for negotiating collective media agreements with various bodies, such as the BPI, BBC, ITV, PACT and IPA, on behalf of the Union and its members. He also advises composers, songwriters and musicians on rates of pay, contracts and terms and conditions.

The Musicians’ Union represents over thirty thousand musicians working in all sectors of the music business.
